Otro has a private dining room downstairs and the main restaurant can also be closed for a variety of events or functions. Whether it’s a family get-together, corporate lunch, pre-wedding celebrations or even a hen-night, our private rooms are away from the bustle of the main restaurant.
Our private rooms can be reserved separately or together for any special occasion of 14-120 guests. We understand the importance of flexibility and can tailor menus to your needs or budget to ensure your event is just as you imagine it. We have specialist event co- ordinators who will be in touch with you once you make an enquiry – they will help you every step of the way. In need of facilities for meetings or presentations? Just let us know and we will make sure a projector and screen are on hand for you.
Our downstairs private dining room seats up to 42 guests and is available for large parties (around 16+, depending on availability) with no room hire charge. This basement room is spacious but intimate, being away from the bustle of the restaurant; it is perfect for events that require a little more privacy but multiple large windows ensure it is still bright and airy in the daytime. Complete with its own bar, it is perfect for any celebration and has ample room for a drinks reception before your event – pre-order your bubbly and it will be awaiting your arrival! Corporate events will also benefit from the ample space and privacy lent by the downstairs location – if projector facilities are required for speeches this can also be accommodated. Whatever your request, we will do our very best to accommodate. Don’t hesitate to ask!
The blue room is the primary room of our main restaurant on street level. Best known for its striking wallpaper, the blue room will seat up to 50 guests and is ideal for larger parties planning big celebrations. You will find our main bar right across the hallway from the blue room – feel free to ask to reserve this for your pre-dinner drinks so you and your guests can mingle over a glass of something before sitting down to your meal. Closing the main restaurant may occasionally require a room hire charge depending on numbers but feel free to give us a call with your enquiry and we will talk you through your options.

Seating up to 38 people, the red room is at the back of the restaurant and overlooks the much quieter road of Manor Place. From business events to wedding lunches to family celebrations, the red room has proved perfect for a number of large functions and has a more intimate feel than the blue room, feeling warm and cosy despite its size on account of its own striking wallpaper. This area is a perfect alternative to the private dining room for anyone requiring increased accessibility instead of navigating the stairs. Please let us know if you would prefer to book this area and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
